3D Printer Objects

3D Printer Objects

What is 3D printer?

A process for making a physical object from a three-dimensional digital model, typically by laying down many successive thin layers of a material.

"If you use 3D printing for prototypes you will simply be able to go to market faster"

WHY BUY A 3D PRINTER?

3D printers no longer belong solely to the realm of science fiction; you can have this technology sitting in your living room tomorrow. Many consumer-level 3D printers are designed for beginners and early adopters of the technology. There are even DIY and build-it-yourself printers, 3D metal printers, and 3D wax printers hitting the market.

Benefits of 3D Printer

1.Creativity unleashed - Create design variations with endless possibilities
2.Cost-of-error minimized - Validate and modify designs in a more cost-effective way
3.Compression of time - Shorten time-to-market to be a forerunner
4.Confidentiality guaranteed - Prevent design leakage with in-house prototyping

3D Printer Filament PLA&ABS

PLA 1.75mm
PLA Filament has many advantages and is versatile enough for most printing needs. It has a lower melting point and better smell than ABS, flows freely and is less prone to nozzle blockage.
It also has very a very small shrink rate compared to other materials and is suitable even suitable for large model printing with a dimensional accuracy of ± 0.1mm
Printed models maintain a smooth surface with no break points and high rigidity.

Weight: 1.4kg
Dimensions: 22 x 22 x 15 cm
Colour: Black, Blue, Brown, Dark Green, Gold, Natural, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, Silver, Slate Grey, Translucent Orange, Translucent Red, White, Yellow

ABS 1.75mm
Our ABS filaments come in a wide variety of colours covering all your creative needs.

Characteristics of ABS Printing Filament
ABS is widely used in the field of 3D printing.
ABS filament can prevent from curling and plugging during printing.
The raw material of Createbot 3D printer ABS Filament is imported from foreign countries.
There are 13 colors of ABS filament for choice.
High tensity and high tenacity.
Low density , large weight and volume, saving filament and cost in the printing of big model.
Low cost of material and wide range of processing temperature.
Diameter standard:3.0/1.75mm tolerance :+/-0.1mm roundness:+/-0.05mm
Softer than PLA.
Net weight:1k.g/coil with plastic tray packing.

Characteristics of PLA Printing Filament
PLA can be processed in low temperature. PLA with 3mm can be processed in 185
PLA tastes like fried corn.
With high intensity and stiffness, PLA can print structure parts of 3D printer for DIY users.
PLA enjoys excellent formability, low thermal denaturation and only 0.3% shrinkage, makin-g firm adhesion between layers.
PLA has bright colors and can be made semi-transparent.
PLA,as an environmental biomaterial is extracted from corns. It has good surface gloss and smoothness.
It sends out no odors in processing.
PLA can avoid curling and warping in printing.

Compared to ABS, PLA has following characteristics
The processing temperature of PLA is lower, 3mm at 185 processing temperature.
With high tensity and high tenacity, it is suitable for DIY users to print structure components of 3D printers.
PLA has excellent modeling with low thermal deformation and only 0.3% contraction. It makes strong sticking between layer and layer.
PLA has bright colours which can be made in semi-transparent.
